Welcome

It all started when I asked myself what I was going to do when I retired? In past years there were a few signs of possibly a small creative bone in my body, but who knew? I started with gardening, falling in love with nature, and creating some noteworthy shade and sun gardens. I have a great love of trees. Unfortunately, I had to stop gardening when I had to have hand surgery and a long schedule of physical therapy. During that time, I missed the outdoors and of course having full range of motion. I began coiling wire during PT to regain my range of motion. Surprisingly, it worked! I also found something to do with all that coiled wire. One of my first art and craft projects were my coil evergreens. Check them out in my gallery.
Over the years, I have made many changes and added many different sculptures to my repertoire. All initially inspired by gardening. I found out I have many creative bones in my body, and I am able to bring some of nature inside with me in many forms. Wire, wood and stone!
